On 4/25/09, I bought a container of 90-count Loratadine antihistamine ($19.59). Them was put through the 6% state sales tax, despite the fact that the PA Office of Income site plainly states: "The (revenue) tax isn't enforced on prescription or nonprescription medications and medicines..." After I requested Goal administration about that and informed them the regional Large supermarket didn't tax an antihistamine I purchased there lately, they stated "We've no control over what's taxed and what's not. It is all-in the computer." They did provide me a person feedback card to complete, that we did, joining my arguments for this duty and that I also approached my state senator.
