I've been using Walgreens in St. Helens given that they opened for medications. This event about pressed me within the advantage... Complete insufficient conversation. Did replenish of two medications about the automatic telephone system=couple times just before me requiring the medications. Went thru drive-thru to get and was informed they might just load among my medications plus they stated I'd to contact CVS and offered me a telephone number... Today actually these medications are to get a Thyroid problem and really should not proceed without... Did anybody contact me once they got the demand to replenish? Take it to my interest before I had been from the meds...???
I did so contact CVS and first got it determined but was therefore disappointed using the insufficient support I acquired in the pharmacy that I'll not be returning =my spouse and that I are changing our programs to a different drugstore. No body attempted to assist or provide something no explaination what-so actually... Customer Support is just a large factor-and on that evening the screwed-up and Im done.
