Like all the others on this board, I ordered a sample of their product. I realized immediately this had been a bad idea, so I canceled immediately. The site had not 'processed' my order, yet, so I had to wait 24-48 hours to cancel (according to their site), however, they were able to ship the sample WITHIN 24 hours. I went online and canceled again the next day.
I got 2 cancellation confirms one stating I could keep the product for $19.41 and that my account had been closed. The other email listed a RMA number and address telling me if they didn't get it back within 2 weeks, I'd get charged $78.41. Upon receipt of the package, I immediately went to the Post Office and returned the package via the same method it was sent (I believe it was Priority Mail).
OVER A MONTH later, my credit card was charged $78.41, which I disputed. I called Bellaclear and was very rudely informed that since I disputed the charge I was not eligible for a refund. That is absolutely illegal. The CS rep then proceeded to berate me for my 'telling' on them and I finally hung up because I couldn't get a word in in my defense. Discover removed the charge, but then Bellaclear immediately recharged me! Discover says there's nothing they can do. I don't have their stupid product and I'm out over $80. I'm also paying off my Discover card and will NEVER use it again - I've been a Discover customer for 19 years.
