I've been a membership 'secretary' for common membership for all years. Support and selection within the last couple of years continues to be less and less. Lately, I attempted to receive my 'reward credits' (what I've gained promoting their product). I named the organization after approximately 14 days of attempting to access the web site, to which, I constantly got a full page that simply claims, 'briefly unavailable'.
I talked to some support representative to whom I described that I needed to receive prize credit. She replied by stating she could not consider my purchase in those days. I questioned concerning the web site and was informed, these were obtaining their fresh spring magazines ready so when the magazines were prepared, the web site could be back online. I subsequently questioned why there have been no-sale magazines, to which she got really rude, and explained that they do not do this. Having been a assistant for more than 25 years off and on, I understood this to become fake. I informed her that and he or she got really angry with me.
