I ordered a medical equipment from med1online.com in January. They withdrew $341 from my credit card in the same day that I ordered but they did not send the item. Then, after seeing that they would not send it after 2 months, I cancelled my order in March 18. When I wanted to refund, they said, the refunding process requires 1 or 2 month billing cycle. I said OK and I started waiting till I saw the announcement on their web site saying that they terminated their operations. I shocked!!! And now I don't know what to do. Actually, after reading other similar emails, my lost is not huge but nevertheless it bothers me. Please help.
