Took money from my account for acai berry that was not received

I received an email on msn from a friend offering free trial of acai berry as i trusted the friend who sent it (he has now told me it keeps coming up on his msn) i gave my details for the offerthe company then taken $19.95 from my account days later i received another email stating that as i had not returned the products (that i never received) they would be taking $79.95 from my account which they have done i have emailed on one address that was sent and emails bouncing back emailed the other one and noreply i have traced this company to the sunny vale area i have received two different emails one is from [email protected] this one keeps bouncing back the other one is [email protected] i have traced the ip address which is 209.85.219.37 would appreciate some help to stop these people ripping more people off. We have traced this email as much as we can they are still active and need to be stopped they are active in sunnyvale close to san francisco. We have just sent a dos ping through which has been received please help others not to make the same mistake
