Pharmacist excessively rude on telephone after I named having a problem. The issue was ostensibly a miscommunication/mistake about the drugstore's account which he was reluctant to acknowledge. I told him he required some client service instruction, to which he responded he had numerous prizes & plaques for his quality in customer support... Hmmmmm... CVS should have really low requirements! I am moving my programs next door to Walgreens!!! Bye, Bye CVS!!!
