Shut Down Without Warning, Did Not Get PrePaid Product But They KEPT My Money!

I signed up for LA Weight Loss last year and prepaid almost $2000 for product. Before I could get all my prepaid product they shut down without any warning and now I am out my money. I have contacted their Customer Service department, but have not received any response.
