I too thought this was medical insurance until i recieved the book and realized that this was just a discount program, not at all what their sales rep said. I used my prepaid credit card and purposely did not put money on it for this purchase, two months later I put money on my card for my husbands birthday present and before my purchase could go through they put a hold on my card so that they knew when i deposited money on my rush prepaid credit card. And took out 174.95. Needless to say, my husbands birthday present got declined and elite healthcare took my money. I recieved the book, followed all instructions to cancel, called and made sure, sent certified letter, and I too got the run around, oh it takes 30 days, then it was 90 days, now 5 months later I have still not recieved one penny back. Of course, I called again asked for the manager who i already spoke with a month ago, of course they are not there and would call me back. Did they? Of course not!!!
It's a shame that us americans who just want insurance get ripped off... Now i am at a loss, what else can I do?
