I ordered free samples of their product. After reading about the rip-offs on my computer I immediately sent back the free samples and asked them to cancel.
The company continued to send the product for about four months after I sent them back, called them on the telephone, emailed them, and asked American Express to investigate.
They say that they hadn't heard from me until March 20. A complete lie.
