Cashed my check but didn't send product

I ordered (2) listening devices on 2/16/09 and sent out the check for payment on the same day. They recieved my check and cashed it on 3/5/09. Although they got their money, they didn't send my merchandise.

I've been phoning them, but they don't answer. They put you on hold, but never answer. One time I sat for 45 minutes. They can't be that busy since
they don't send out the merchandise.
