Hey everyone... Here's what you do to keep your money! Guaranteed! I am filing this as a report but I just want to give advice to all of you who naively (as I did!) believed the nonsense about a "free" trial.
First of all, they seem to start counting days from the day you place the order, not the day you reeive the product, So you are assumed to be satisfied (and billable!) long before your "free trial" should really be up. Secondly, there is usually a big fight when you try to call and cancel. Sometimes you don't even get a human, just a robot that keeps repeating the same informaiton over and over.
Here's what I do: KEEP TRACK of which credit card number you gave them. Just before the 14 day period ends&actually to be safe I'd do it about a week before—simply call the credit card company and tell them you lost your card. You don't have to go into any gory details about your dispute with this company, etc. Just tell them the card is lost and they will deactivate it so it will process no new charges, and send you a new card. The company that is trying to get your money will not have your new card number so they will not be able to charge you no matter what!
