Want to cancel order - no record on file

I selected to test A TOTALLY FREE test of Acai Berries and was twice charged @78.81 on 2/11 and 83.80 on 2/26. Upon attempting to stop home-delivery, after viewing the acquisitions on my charge card, I named 866-964-1011 to stop and/or return the 2nd container that I've recently received. The guy stated that neither my title or telephone# was on report and recommended I deliver this tackle an email to help.

Please - I don't need the product viewing the cost, and certainly will contact the BBB if required.
