I paid up front for a left door walk-in bathtub. I was told immediately that it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
On my first contact with them, less than a week after I made my original contact, I was informed of a two week delay in delivery time due to problems with the left door mold. (That took care of the credit card allotted time to have my money returned).
I had no reason to suspect that this was not a legitimate company. The people were friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me reasonable excuses for the delay.
It wasn't until after the twelth week that I found out about the consumer complaints which I checked immediately and learned the sad truth.
