Acai Pure - Central Coast Nutreutical $4.95 trial turns into months of misery! I was charged $44.85 plus another $39.95

Buyer beware! The ad stated Acai pure as seen on Oprah free trial pay shipping only $4.95. That's as far as I got right after I put my credit card info
in my computer froze I didn't even see the fine print. I tried to call, no answer, or wait at least 1 hour hold time.

That was 11/19/08 within the next 7 to 10 days I received the credit card bill
for $44.85, (trust me my boyfried and I are still butting heads over this one).
I phoned Centralcoastal and waited the hour, at this time I did not even receive the item. I was instructed to return the unwanted items back upon
receipt.

How could a free sample cost $44.85 when it finally arrived it was chewing gum, and an eye dropper of water and the free sample they offered.

I did return the unwanted items, who wants to pay $44.85 for gum and water?
I have a signature of reciept, however I was told I was too late. That's when
I put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. Now Nutra coastal is
telling me they would have issued a credit but they can't, as it is a disbute.
I also notified the BBB in Arizona.
