Ordered the Slim Seduction preview supply on the 13th. Of Feb. For $3.97... Received the order on the 20th. Giving me REALLY less than agreed 21 day time limit to find out if it works... Agreed to terms of 21 days to try (I thought from the time of arrival) HUGE MISTAKE!!! And then get on auto-ship if I liked it... They in turn charged my acct. Exactly 21 days from time of 'order' for $79.90, NOT from the time of receiving it... I called to send back within the 21 days... (. Not enough time to KNOW if it works cause really only 14 days)... Spent "96" minutes on the phone to get cancel# and return authorization #... And trying to get my $79.90 BACK... Very nice "dance"...'. Can't promise'...'have to talk to someone else'... ETC...!!! For 96 minutes.
Oh!!! That includes the 30 minutes waiting to talk to SOMEONE. Then when I tried to get them to verify this cancelation... The NICE agent asked me to hold for one more minute (for the fifth time)... And then the called WAS DROPPED...!!! Time will tell! Everyone be CAREFUL of these 'run-arounds" Now, we have to wait and see... I knew better... But still fell for it once again... (Oh, by the way... I did call back because I wanted to talk to a supervisor... Talked to an agent who switched me over... Again... Another "30 people in front of you"... Computer generated... No wonder these companies make so much money... Buyer beware!!!
