Took my payment & didn't deliver goods. Ignored phone call's

I put in a big order of suntan lotions and used my credit card to pay. It was taken out immediately. I never received the order. I e-mailed them. They replied via e-mail that the order was being reshipped. Never received it and subsequent e-mails have not received a reply.
