On May 25 Dr. Eugene performed wrong laser surgery than what I requested and paid for. LasikPlus brought in Dr. Frances McMullan to correct. Day of surgery she declined after receiving all the facts. Feb 21. Dr. Woodham-Woodhams Eye Clinic performed surgery. His hand written statement - I did surgery to correct problems from previous Laser surgery. Filed civil action. Everything documented. Very clear. I thought no need for attorney. Due to O.C.G.A. 9-11-12 Dr. S affidavit must be summited, case was dismissed.
