This really is an update on my previous entry. I eventually obtained my gloves yesterday morning (2/19/09) And That I was informed I'd even be repaid for this product. I've read some current records of grievances with this organization. I submitted a problem using the BBB and was amazed that I had been the only real complaint submitted about the organization? You will find a lot of grievances on this website about that organization. Why are not more individuals worrying towards the BBB?
The organization did apologize, got my gloves in my experience and therefore are designed to pay for my difficulty.
