ZENNI VISUAL is just a FRAUD!
We requested and taken care of 2 models of prescription spectacles on January 6th. We were informed it'd consider 14 days for that spectacles to reach. Found out about Zenni Optical from the friend of mine. Your day he explained concerning the website, I find out about it in Lady's World Newspaper. Our sister-in-law era 55, had simply dropped her spectacles.
Therefore we continued the website on January 6th. We requested 2 set for $58.00. Great Value. We visited the neighborhood Walmart and got her prescription.
We were so excited to obtain the spectacles. They stated it'd get 14 days. At the conclusion of 14 days I called the organization. They stated it will "be here tomorrow or even the following day". I waited ANOTHER complete week to contact them. They offered me a low-operating tracking range with 'hongkongpost'.
It's nearly as though all the workers possess the SAME jim solution "it'll be here today or tomorrow".
Which means this past Wednesday February the 4th. I named and requested to talk to a boss. Obtaining to the corporation ISN'T ANY simple job. We place the telephone on audio/redial (since the corporation NEVER RETURNS CALLS)... But after about 3 hours of striking REDIAL, we could obtain the information that people were 10th in telephone order point.
The individual getting the phone call "serge" or "sarge"... Did anything he couldn't to I would like to keep in touch with a supervisior. I told him they'd guaranteed a contact stating when it'd appear. I never got the e-mail. The following number that Zenni offered me throughout the 3-week within the telephone, didn't occur.
Ultimately I got to keep in touch with "ron" the boss. He once more guaranteed the spectacles could be hereby Friday, Feb 6th.
I called the organization on Feb 9th to obtain the RUDEST INDIVIDUAL on the planet, a repetition called "JEROME"— I doubt these folks actually utilize their actual names. I'd to hold back on-hold for around 20 minute. He essentially told me to "y-off" and hung-up on me. He'd declined to I would like to talk to a boss stating that there "was none there".
I called back and when again (hitting redial for one hour) was placed on store for more than 20 minute. This time around spoke to some VERY igonorant lady who passed the title of "MIKE"&declaring she was a boss. She explained "too poor". After I informed her we were likely to stop the charge card. She believed to me "there's nothing you certainly can do about this woman, we curently have your cash."
I called the charge card organization and got my cash back.
The corporation is just a fraud

Our sister-in-law is on the restricted revenue, and we experienced this path will be the greatest on her, but below she rests& 6 months later & investment property WITH NO Spectacles. She cannot actually generate an automobile without her spectacles.
I say if you're able to manage to really get your spectacles elsewhere& achieve this. Atleast you're finding cups.
