I ordered the free trial of ACAI BERRY BLAST and paid the shipping. I also opted to have them included another product for the price of shipping that was added to the charge. I never received that product. I got the pills that I signed for at the post office. There was only the bottle of pills included but no reciept or invoice. My doctor said I should not take the pills. I called to cancel and they tried to tell me I agreed to pay a 49.95 cancelation fee. I NEVER agreed to this. I told them they are NOT to take any money out of my account. I would return the unopened bottle and they told me they would not accept it. I paid for the product and canceled within the time limits. I would have NEVER tried their product if I was ever told about a cancellation fee of 49.95. That does not make the product free. Then they went into my account and took the $49.95 one day and the next day the charged the $89.95. SO they charged me both the cancelation fee and the reorder fee. This company is running under MANY other names. Which should be a red flag. I have reported them to the Oklahoma City BBB, the Attorney Generals office and the FTC. If you have been scammed by this company contact all three. Also make sure to call your bank or credit card company and report fraud by this company. When I found the charge on my account there was a phone number inclueded I called this number and it rang once and then stopped. I searched all over and then read the back of the pills and found another number that actually worked.
I am also looking for anyone who would like to file a class action suite against this company. Please let me know if there is a case already pending. Below is a list of other names this company is running under.
