FCM Fullfillment, PO Box 2061, Sandy, UT 84091 sent Power Flush 500 (Power Flush 500,4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, FL 33314, FCM charged my credit card $89.31. I call immediately and told them I did not receive any cancellation requirements by me when I first received trial offer and when I received this monthly supply of Power Flush that they charged to me credit card. Spoke with David, Tina, Ryan, Dove, they would not work with me, disconnected me, said there were no managers on duty, would not give me a address and then gave me a incorrect #866-407-1022 which I spent an hour on the phone with IAM who could not pull up my account. My credit card company has been contact, this report filed and the Better Business Bureau will do a full investigation. Bottom line, FCM did not supply any paperwork regarding cancellation of these products, charged my credit card under the name of "Nutrients Net" with no receipt. I want my $89.31 credited to my account plus any other charges. People need to read the fine print which I understand but it must be provided to you with your order. Thank you.
