James Nishinaka, falsely presenting himself as a millionaire and a former Shearson Lehman stock broker got many of his wife's friends to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars with him promising incredible interest rates. He spent and gambled some of the money and invested a lot in his wife's medical practice-New Millenium Family Medicine in Chandler Arizona. He has gone to prison before for the same thing.
