In response the the gentleman who reported on this company I can relate. I bought a gallon of food grade h2o2 and never received it. The money was taken out of my bank account, but I never recieved the product. I can also relate to the non-existant customer service reps. Just a machine, no human and no help. This is ridiculous and is literally robbery!
I had all but forgotten about it until I decided to resume my search for the h202 and saw this. It kind of makes me wonder how many people have been ripped off by this company. I had considered that since the percentage of h202 I was buying (35% food grade) is considered a dangerous chemical they may have not been able to ship it to my town. But after reading the laws and noticing the the money was never debited back into my account, it's clear that it is just 100 percent good old fashioned theft.
It has been a year since the ripoff and still nothing. I hope that this was a help to you, in showing that it is NOT a coincidence. I also hope that you are more persistant with them than I was because last time I checked stealing is still against the law!
