I ordered a "Free Sample Trial" to value of 4.99USD. I got confirmation from the company that a total of 4.99USD would be deducted from my credit card which I foolishly gave them. I then got deducted on 5th Nov 89.99,25th Nov, 89.99 and again on 9th Dec 89.99. I cannot understand how a company can be allowed to do this in USA. It is grossly misleading advertising as you have all the details gone in and at no stage did the info on terms and conditions come up on screen. I was deducted the 4.99 which is ok as I did sign for that. But the 3 charges of 89.99USD is a total scam as far as I am concerned. This company is not being up front with the clients, and I for one want my monies refunded.

Secondly, I did not receive any tooth whitening which is what they say that I ordered. I want a refund of a total of 269.97USD immediately.
I used a friends USA address for mailing purposses in CT as I was visiting in November
