I keep hearing that people are having a hard time reaching anyone at any of these numbers... If they do get through, they are on hold for... Forever. I called two phone numbers... The first is the number for the Acia Berry cleanse as seen on the OHFRA show. The number is 877-350-8480
Here is the secret to getting ahold of these people... And unfortunatly it's not around the neck. Press "0"... Keep pressing "0" and volia... You get a real live person... Quick. The "0" thing applies to almost every help line there is.
Anyway... The "acia berry people" tell me that it was the other guy... The "fit-fac folks" that did this to me... Charged my account 29.95 on two seperate occasions... I complain but there is nothing they can do. (by the way... We called and two days after the wonder berries arrived and cancelled the whole deal, got a conformation number and all. The woman said we would not be charged another dime... From them anyway... Just out $3.95... Cheapest colon cleanse ever huh)... Not so fast.
The "merry berry people" tell me that, in the terms and conditions, that I agreed to have the "fit folks" take (steal) thirty bucks a month outta my account for some on-line fittness information... I set up an account with these people and didn't even know it... How nice. Apparently when you cancel the berries you don't cancel the fit-fac... Even though you just clicked once... But you got to be careful because... Well... It's just like when congress attached a bunch of bs to a good bill.
Anyway they give me the "fit-fac" #... Which I dissappointly disover that I already had gotten at one point. 866-407-1022... I call... Busy... Call again... Automated system... Start pressing "0"... Keep pressing... BAM! There she is, I can't barely understand her, bless her heart. I was nice... For the most part. She agreed to credit my account for ONE of the charges... I protest... I tell her I want to speak with a supervisor, she says there arn't any here. Oh, well. She also cancels my membership and assures me that no more money will be taken from my account. She tells me that one of her supervisors will call me later so we can resolve this other charge. I will be amazed if they do but hey... At least I got half my money back.
