Have not received my order, my account has been charged, unable to contact emails returned, no one answers the phone Internet

Order supposedly shipped nov. 4. Have not received. Contacted the phone number listed on my confirmation. Someone answered the phone once and told me that my order should arrive by dec. 5. Unable to get an answer via e mail addresses or phone numbers listed on my order confirmation. My account has been charged for the order.
