Biggest scam and even more of a headache!!! Someone should tell Oprah and Rachel Ray about this. Company makes it seem as if they are endorsing the purchase of this product!
What a joke, though not funny at all trying to get satisfaction. Company rarely answers phone and average wait time is 30 minutes. Customer service gives out totally wrong information about returning product then argues when try to tell them what USPS states.
Customer service supervisors all are 'in a meeting, ' are never available, and also have totally wrong information regarding returns.
Credit card company informed to fight non authorized charges to my credit card.
