I called and ordered this product from a young lady, Christy, I thought was telling me the truth from this company with the Acai Berry! This berry has 275 mgs. Of the berry itself! It's been 2 weeks, NO PRODUCT! They've billed my account, I have until 2/6/09 to return these 2 bottles, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONES, AND... I HAVE NO PRODUCT? I've left numerous messages, and I still can not get an answer? I never would have thought this young lady was a liar! I have all the information, as well as about returns, etc. She never said I had to pay return postage on anything if sent back! Nothing. Just call and get a number. I can't get hold of them to send me the PRODUCT? It's been 2 weeks now? Another SCAM for ACAI BERRY PRODUCTS! Using Oprah's name as well! This is wrong, and they have to be stopped! I'm going to call again, now, while typing. I've also left them 8 emails on the address, ONLY email address they have which is: [email protected]
GREAT! Now i'm sitting on hold for 36 people ahead of me! ALSO, TO GET A RA# TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT... (if i ever receive it?) as "christy" told me, you also have to wait, as there are 32 people ahead of you now to place an order? I'm trying to get hold of someone at this company! They say to email them, or... Leave your name in the general mail box! This is a scam! They're coming on the line, counting backwards every 5 minutes! I'll be on hold for at least and hour plus! This is a scam!
i've been on hold now 56 minutes. Spoke to "ROBERT" he stated, the terms say to allow 7-14 days for shipping? From Colorado to California! No Way! It's been 14 days tomorrow, and they won't speak to me about returning it, or putting a trace on the order "ROBERT" stated was shipped on the 16 TH of Januanry 2009! NOTHING takes that long to receive! He also stated if anyone returns this product, you have to put an RN# on the outside, as well as on the invoice, AND... Pay for return postage when you return it! I saw on this site, someone was ripped of, as they did not pay postage to return it! This Company represents themself as an "OPRAH" product as well! Oprah, would NEVER put her name on any ACAI berry products, that scam anyone! Every company out there is using "OPRAH" because she mentioned it in a segment on her show with Dr. Oz! No way would "OPRAH" allow any of these companies to use her name like this. They have her picture all over their sites as well. WATCH OUT PEOPLE! For all these scams, and the fine print! Also, call your bank or credit card to STOP all remaining payments! OR... They will continue billing! First thing out of "ROBERT'S" mouth, was "people don't understand our policy!" Right! Look at this? To return this make sure you call and sit on hold a hour to get a RN#, write it on the outside of the envelope you return, as well as the invoice and PAY to return it. Then... Hope and PRAY you receive no more billing! Yes, it's a SCAM!!
