ComCentralcoastnutri Continue to bill after cancelling orders

I sent for POMCLEAR sample and wasn't using it... I received more and sent it back with the instruction to cancel further orders.

I continue to get billed for more product, although I haven't received any and am unable to contact them by email or by phone.
