I wish I had found consumer complaints before I ordered from this horrible company. I certainly learned a lesson. Never order from a company that can't provide a phone number!
My story is similar to everyone else. I placed an order on Sept. 12. My credit card has been charged and I have only received emails telling me my merchandise will ship the next day. I have also received the same auto repsonses. What a scam! Jennifer will be going out of business soon and hopefully to jail. I am lucky, I have an attorney relative to help me.
Doxy Lingerie is in violation of many laws.By law they have to ship an order within the time stated on the site, or 30 days. If they are unable to ship the order for any reason, they must give the consumer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling the order and giving a prompt refund.
None of the above has happened in regards to my order and it is well over 30 days! Last email sent by Doxy stated I would be given a refund. I will post if refund is received. Good Luck to all who have been taken by this company.
