On january 23 a draft was taken out of my 65 year
old mothers checking account. We didn't realize this
until some of her checks starting bouncing.
I called medplan on janualy 31 and stated that my
mom did not authorize a draft to be taken out of her
account. And i also stressed that she was a widow on a
very limited.
I also told them that in 1193 she had a brain anurysm that almost killed her and she hasn't been "all there" since then.
I told the rep that i thought she was taken advantage of and that she wanted a refund. He said no problem, the refund would take 30 days.
After the 30 days, i called back and this rep told me
the refund would take 60-90 days.
After the 90 days i called back and this rep told me the
refund would take 6 months.
Well after the 6 months and still no refund check..., i
called back and the rep told me that it showed she was
supposed to get a refund but he did not know why she has
not received it yet, so he would have his supervisor
call me.
After several supervisors wer supposed to call, which no
one ever did, no refund check as of february 5.
And now the 1800-339-0247 phone number does not work now.
