Medplan Telemarkers consumer fraud ripoff

I got a phone call on Nov 8 from Medplan offering this "Discounts on medical services"

They were not very clear when saying that they will withdraw $349 right away from my bank account!

I called to cancel, and so far they haven't refund my money. I called several times through the year, dealing with very nasty "costumer services"; but now their phone number (1800 339-0247) is "not in service"
