My story is the same in all aspects to other complainants, i.E. Ordering a 14-day supply for $4.95, then being billed for $44.85. I sent their product back unopened, sent them an email, left a request on their voice mail that they IMMEDIATELY cancel my "membership" and have handed the entire mess over to my bank.
However, there is one more step I took that others may consider taking, to shut these thieves down. Call Visa. They are the merchant bank that allows these creeps to continue to take your money. If you dispute these charges with your bank, they have to defer to Visa's standards.
I called Visa today, after getting a number from the Dispute Resolution department of the B of A. 800-847-2911. Don't select any options, except for the language option. Stay on the line while it goes through the menu and you will connect to a customer service agent. Ask to speak to a supervisor.
When you get the supe, tell them about this company, encourage them to Google and see for themselves the overwhelming evidence of fraud on the part of this company. Visa knows where they are located and how to get in touch with them. They can also cut off their ability to continue to use Visa if fraud is evident.
