Do not do business with lord hairloss clinics... Los angeles... Long beach... Or surfside medical clinic... I was defrauded for a hairloss procedure... Where the number of graffs i paid for were not done or not able to be done at the procedure time. I was to be refunded $450 but the owner's wife racy lord told me that they were getting with their accountant since around the middle of september to take care of this... It is now 10/31 i called the medical director/owner john lord and he said the doctor had retired and said to dispute it with the capital one people who i financed through... Capital one says i am at the mercy of john lord, racy lord, dr. David larkin to receive this refund... I have had previous procedures before and i am certain my last procedure at surfside medical clinics... John lord clinics did not provide even half the grafts i paid for i asked john lords wife racy if this could have happened and she said no way because they were monitored by the health and medical boards... I don't believe that i received the grafts i paid for and will pursue this as far as need be.
