I never received the sample, they say they delivered it and have a tracking # as well.

I have several stores connected to me and i am located in a very busy city.
It could've gone in the wrong mail box or someone could've taken it if it was left outside.
Either way, i should not be responsible for this!

I called to get my refund and not only were they rude, it literally took 2hrs to get someone on the phone.
I made sure i got his info. I tried to explain my delema and how unfair it was and larry proceeded to tell me that "life wasn't fair" and to pretty much deal with it!
I want to make sure everything is cancelled and i get my refund for$88.97.
