Please never purchase the chaz dean wen haircare system or the their point. 1st of i noticed the ad on tv and so i imagined it appeared fantastic and so i got online and bought the machine w/d the cost was very reasonable. Well the merchandise did nothing for me personally my hair experienced greasy and weighed down and virtually didn't clear worth a garbage... But ho knows perhaps i employed it wrong because there is like no right instructions simply oh listed here is some guidelines anyhow to my shock i had been placed on a membership list that has sent me a three-month and listen for this it requires 29.95 from the bank account every month, and so i instantly call the customer service line which was on my bank account and that i keep in touch with a person to the phone who shows me he ended the membership and i will just send back the merchandise and when it's received i'll get my reimbursement... And so i was like okay that, s not a problem ill send it off today. Because the package was never opened the mail individual recommended me to simply send it back by rejection and so i did (it was per month before) nicely evidently despite them understanding i'd returned it and canceled the memebership they still are getting 29.95 from my bank account every month now was the 3rd month nicely i contact again and that i talked having a person who virtually explained im attached until the merchandise gets there which may take 2 months anyways what pisses me off is the fact that she stated when the item never gets there then i'll never get my reimbursement... Wtf i am talking about so that they might be messing me over these days what if they behave like i never delivered it and not return our 97.80 that we was scammed from this just suck with no one else is going through this i counsel you guys never to get his items w/d i'm not alone it has happened to following this i'm soo never getting anything off the night time television garbage... Any methods soooo only wanted to see everyone.
