Publishers Clearing House. Ivory White extreme rip off

I was offered a free trial. I had to pay shipping they billed my debit card 1 dollar... Never recieved the ivory white... And today 10-08-08 i checked my account and they pulled 78.41 that i did not know about or approve... I want my money back... This was a deception and many people are getting ripped off this has got to stop... Virginia
