My is an accupant at the ashton oaks apt. I his daughter have power of attorney of my dad. He needs a copy of his lease faxed to MD Anderson Cancer Center for financial aid for medical needs. The manager Stephanie said that she can not talk to me because of the differences my mother and i have.
This has nothing to do with my mother this has to do with my dad's life. She first ask for a letter with my dad signature she gets that and still does not want to fax a copy. My dad's life is practaley ticking and her being very uncorpative does not help any.
It's not like she doesnt know who I am I lived with my parents at one time move out because we found a house. I've asked for her supervisor phone number she said that she can not give it out I called the apt associate and said that by law she has to give if i request it in writing. I havent done that im in Houston at the moment and probably wont do no good, she asked for a letter from my dad in writing to get a copy of lease and we sent that and still nothing.
