After filing a rebuttal report. I sent Ivory White an e-mail stating that I filed a letter here at "consumer complaints" and also to the better business bureau and also to an attorney who has other complaints about this company. I no sooner went about checking my emails and suddenly, "I still have time to return the unused portion of the product for my refund."
Amazing considering this morning I was told to basically "kick rocks".
My suggestion is to inform them of legal action you are bringing against them. When you add this amount up for a year, it comes to $940.00 and change. Some people are getting charged that on their credit or debit cards and don't even know it.
It's time we as a consumer, put a stop to this scandalous company and all others that try to steal our hard earned money.
