Ordered goods 1 week ago. Was supposed to be given tracking number within 2 days. Despite many emails through their support site, which have gone unanswered, I still have not got the tracking number for the courier delivery package. I paid extra for this. I did get through to an american or canadian voice on the phone, who said they had not been provided with the tracking data. Too early to say if this is a scam, but not looking hopeful.
