Opened a charge account that i closed... And charged 600$ on the account!

I went for a consultation and they pre-opened an account. I changed my mind and closed the account. A few days later i went through my mail and found a bill. They charged $600 for services i didnt even get letta lone re-opened the charge account without my permission!!! Now its bad and on my credit! Still fighting it til this day!
