I order a dietary test product for a free 30 days attempted to cancell the product but could not find a number I came upon a so call fax number that Kevin informed me that they do not use to cancel orders. I had this person name Kevin cancel my prescription when I asked him for a comformation # he said it was his name Kevin and 08-27-08 which is the day I cancelled on. I then called back to the 888-692-8352 and this Kevin person answered again. I ask Kevin to provide me with the mailing address because I am on vacation. I wanted to be able to verify it once I returned home and I Quote this Customer Services support Person" I am not going to read you a 7 line address when it will be on the invoice once you receive the shipment" Then when I Proceed to ask to speak to his Manager he began reading off the address fast. ONE CONSUMER TO ANOTHER THIS COMPANY IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
As a person that is in the IT support business this company CCNutra has not trustworthy and the Customer support needs to be re-train on how to talk to customers.
