Requested spectacles June 24, incorrect prescription came early September; examined by my opthamologist, delivered with records as well as their prepaid mailing label. 30 days later, no data, telephone calls by me created reaction that Rx was proper, plus they were still keeping spectacles. 3 times of repeated efforts to solve created guarantees that Mirabel (boss) might call. She promises she did. Verizon exhibits no report of such calls with no voice mails. 4th time was positioned on store for 47 minutes awaiting Mirabel - then was disconnected... Sigh. Can make yet another try to then attempt to get my money-back!
