BenefitsUSA E Insurance broker said I could use insurance anyplace, cant use it within 50 miles of home. Was assured I could use this Cailfornia

I was assured that by purshasing this insurance, I could use it at my health care facility. Sounded good - good price. Well I can not use insurance within 50 miles on way to drive. Broker Brian said that I if my local health care facility didnot except ths insurance all I had to do was call and talk to someone that would place me on the LIOST. There is no such thing.in order to be placed my health care facility must get incontact with benefits USA and talk about what plan they have! I cancled within 7 days.

I faxed a request for canclation, I had to fill out a Affidavit of membership refund paper, (never heard of that) thats 339.00 I need to be refundes. As of this date - nothing has been done. They did stop the auto payment process. But its tiresome trying to get this all streightened out - everyday I call...
