I ordered a product from GOE and am trying to get usage information from them because a customer service rep told me one thing, yet their website indicates something else. I have left several messages and emailed them and have not received a response. I feel with the product they are selling they should have better customer service than that.
I also read GOE's responses to other complaints on your website and they mentioned that they have PayPal. Yes, PayPal is listed on their website, but it's grayed out and when you click on it nothing happens.
I have read they have an excellent product, but when I do business with a company I want excellent customer service also. I probably will not reorder from them again.
