I have never needed to increase my speech in a customer support representative until today. I talked with Rashad at Dermitageis Client NO-support twice (blessed me). First to come back an item a couple of days before that I'd obtained without agreement. After which again just a couple moments before to come back item container Number 2 that I'd not approved. After repeated efforts to make the journey to talk to his supervisor, he set me on-hold, evidently within an try to cool me along, and returned to inform me that his "supervisor" Christina #12794 had approved the return of my item having a $9.95 restocking charge. Fighting proved useless when I may now also need to spend a $19.95 restocking charge since I popped the very first bundle to determine if there is several or bill... My poor! What was I imagining... Oh yes, used to donot browse the fine-print of the Dermitage plan that a lot of you're talking about that is concealed on the site. I am calling my charge card organization and preventing any more dealings from the pseudo-titles Dermitage attempts to conceal under. Never again am I going to purchase anything recommended as "free" on the internet. Must have completed my study first! Caveat emptor... Hopefully others may examine our warnings and take attention!
