Research shows this company originally operated under another name, got very bad reviews, including many reports to this Rip-Off site.

After providing medical documentation, which makes me unable to continue with personal training (per their contract), I have received no confirmation that contract has been terminated with a waiver of termination fee.
After repeated phone calls, faxes, and very, very rude customer service etc, Custom Built Personal Trainers have not contacted me after their designated time frame to confirm my termination of contract & waiver of fees.
If not contacted, I will have to contact the *Better Business Bureau* in my area, and also make a point to advise *Cardio Express Gyms* in Connecticut regarding the unethical practices of this company.
Everyone, do your research first, before signing with any Personal Training
facility! ~!
