Residents and employee abuse. I worked in this nursing home for several years. It is an understaffed hell hole. It is filthy and the residents have bed sores from neglect. Further more they accused a pal of mine for sexual harassment on another employee even though he was completely innocent. No investigation was done and thats because the lady in question is white. His name, Anthony Gathitu.
Families be warned not to take your loved ones here (if you love them). Employees, do not risk losing your liscence. This place is seriously understaffed. I worked by my self caring for 40 residents as a CNA for 16 hours 5 days a week or more. There is no way to tend for so many people.
I implore the people in charge of investigating facilities like this to make a surprise visit for the sake of all the innocent residents.
