I missed about 3 months of payment in which I then went to them in person to give the missed amount and they refused to take the past due amount and said they wanted the amount for the entire contract.
They said its in the contract that if you miss three months of payment then you have to pay the remaining sum of the contract at once. I asked them to point in the contract where it says that and they then said "its policy". Meaning its not in the contract you signed.
I don't know about you guys but if its not on the document in which my signature is on then the client should not be binded to a policy that is not stated on the contract or at no point in time made aware of.
